Only authorized MMC faculty, students and staff with an eProtocol ID (ePID) credentials can log into the system. Access to eProtocol requires valid CITI research education training. Make sure your CITI training is up to date. If you have not completed CITI training or need to update your training, please visit the CITI Program website at: www.citiprogram.org NOTE : All Human subjects and Vertebrate Animal research protocols must be submitted to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) through eProtocol for review and approval BEFORE initiation of the research project. Any research projects that involves the use of biohazardous materials (biological/infectious agents, human/animal blood, tissues, plant pathogens, cell lines and/or recombinant DNA – rDNA) requires Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) registration/review and completion of CITI’s Biosafety Biosecurity training modules.
